2. ADE Effects of SARS-CoV-2 Variants
- Investigated antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) differences across SARS-CoV-2 variants.
- Integrated self-generated Bulk RNA-seq data with scRNA-seq data from GEO/GSA databases to systematically analyze host response differences induced by different viral strains.
- Characterized the impact of different variants on PBMC proportion changes, cell phenotype remodeling, and immune feature alterations in the ADE context.
- Established a research framework combining in vitro functional assays + multi-omics data integration.
3. Primer/Probe Design for Virus Detection Kit Development
- Conducted bioinformatics analysis based on public sequence data of common adenoviruses and enteroviruses (e.g., EV71, Coxsackie virus).
- Performed alignment, screening, and evaluation of conserved regions across different pathogens to design primer/probe sequences for detection.
- Supported third-party companies in developing virus colloidal gold detection kits based on ERA technology.
- Possess complete practical experience from sequence collection, conserved region screening, candidate primer design to translational application support.
4. Monoclonal Antibody Research
- Long-term engagement in isolation, characterization, and functional profiling of fully human monoclonal antibodies.
