About Me

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Pathogen Biology at Fudan University (2022–present), focused on novel strategies and technologies for the prevention and treatment of emerging infectious diseases. I received my B.Sc. in Forensic Medicine from Fudan University (2017–2022).

🔬
Core Research — Antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) of SARS-CoV-2 variants, HBV genome heterogeneity in chronic hepatitis B, and high-throughput screening of broadly neutralizing antibodies.

Research Focus

What This Blog Covers

This blog documents my work at the intersection of pathogen biology, immunology, and computational analysis. Four main themes:

Technical Skills

Domain Details
Experimental PCR/qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, neutralization assays, ADE detection, flow cytometry, PBMC isolation, single B cell sorting, animal experiments
Bioinformatics Bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, targeted sequencing, cell clustering, differential expression, pathway analysis, viral genome alignment
Programming R (tidyverse, ggplot2), Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib)
Visualization FlowJo, ChimeraX, PyMOL, ggplot2, scientific figure preparation
